What is Automatic Writing?

“Automatic writing or psychography is a claimed psychic ability allowing a person to produce written words without consciously writing. The words purportedly arise from a subconscious, spiritual or supernatural source.” Wikipedia

This is something I do everyday. It is an excellent way to gain insight each day from holy spirits on the other side. Often when spirits visits me this is just another form in which we communicate. Sometimes before having a reading I will ask my spirit guides to bring forth loved ones who have messages so I can pass them on to those whom the messages are intended. I also do this for my self to get personal guidance for my day.

If if you are interested in trying to connect to your own Spirit Guides this is an excellent way to try to do it. First meditate asking them to come forth and speck to you in this form of writing, you might be surprised what you get. Remember to be quiet and still and very patient. You could be amazed, start with asking your Spirit Guide what their names are or just thank them for always being with you!
