The Devil is out and playing with world affairs. He is a dragon and a snake. He looms over the land and is the key puppet master. The time is wavering into slow motion. First to manipulate, next to have its prey be in a like trance. Things are coming to light very quietly.

If world government injects us with a 5G booster of sorts, the takeaway is it will change the world of RF frequency, therefore, aliens can come in more concentrated areas. They require an increases in micro frequency to function in and out simplistic forms.
