Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can occur before 36 hours from the date of an scheduled appointment for Zoom or Live meetings unless travel is required then not applicable. Written notice must be received before the 36 hour time slot. If any other service is booked then cancellation may not occur within 5 days from due date which is ie 7 days from time of payment.
